Headed by restaurateur Sal Parco, our group of restaurants has grown from the humble beginnings of our first Mustard Seed, which only sat seven tables, to a group of restaurant that includes Long Point Grill, that offers some of the most diverse and best tasting dining options in the area..
What began modestly as a tiny little seed — a small restaurant in Mount Pleasant with seven tables and three employees has grown into a local landmark that consistently serves up fresh cuisine crafted by owner, Sal Parco. With the Mustard Seed we offer our customers a healthier alternative to the usual burgers and fries. Our focus is on good food made with the freshest of ingredients and our extensive menu is complemented by inventive, ever-changing specials.
